Do I own the number?
You own your phone number. By using Eternity Phone, you can maintain ownership without paying for phone service. Additionally, you are legally able to keep your phone number when you move or change phone companies. Therefore, don’t lose the number you’ve had for years when cancelling your cell plan. Instead, save it with Eternity Phone.
What numbers can be ported?
We can port most landline and wireless phone numbers in United States and Canada. Unfortunately we don’t support international porting.
How long does it take to port a number?
Most number ports take 7-10 business days to complete.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No contracts! Cancel anytime! Complete Refund! We strive to be the easy.
What if I don’t want to get text messages?
No problem! In fact, we can set up an auto-reply so that anyone who texts the number will get a handcrafted response from you. Additionally, since you still own the number, it doesn’t go back into the number pool for someone else to start using.
When can I cancel the cell plan?
After the number transfer is complete, the cell plan will be canceled if that is the only number associated with it. You can then confirm this cancellation with your cell provider.
